We humans are on the verge of extinction. Our minds can't keep up with the fast progress of science and technology, our need for money, and the complicated society. This causes environmental pollution, mental health issues, and many other problems.
The time has come. The time for change has arrived.
It is time for us, humans, to evolve our spirit and decide to move forward. This choice is the start of a new chapter in human history.
Let us, living in the 21st century, stop ignoring what we see, hear, and say. Let's face our true "life" and work together to create a new world. We believe this challenge will help each of us evolve our spirit and lead us to a better future.
What does human evolution mean?
How can the human spirit is evolved?
How can the human spirit evolve? Here, we mean growing our spirit by getting better at listening, viewing, and speaking.
This means changing how we interact with the world.
We think human spiritual evolution can happen by getting better at these three things.

Spiritual evolution means being able to listen, view, and speak freely, beyond our own unique ways of thinking and values. If we could truly connect with the world, what would you listen, view, and speak?
It would be in facing the “life” that is common throughout human history. Understanding the "life" in all beings and respecting it is, I believe, the main goal of the evolution of the human spirit.
Let's work together to "make the most of the 'life' of all things" that is part of human spiritual history.
“Think about the end before the begining” Leonardo da Vinci
Leonardo da Vinci's words, "Think of the end before you begin," offer an opportunity to think deeply about the role of AI and its impact on modern society. As the era of information and knowledge domination comes to an end and AI becomes an integral part of our daily lives, we need to turn our attention to what is truly important. That is the question of how to apply the evolution of science and technology to human well-being. Specifically, how do we evolve the way we relate to the world, the way we listen, view, and speak?
With this new perspective, we can achieve three important outcomes.

We must not only accept technological progress, but also link it to the evolution of the human spirit. This perspective, which has been around since the time of Leonardo da Vinci, brings new meaning to us today.
META LVS and System Design Management (SDM)
In our daily lives, we often fall into a situation of "seeing the trees and not the forest. This means that we get caught up in the details and do not see the essence of the whole. Now is the time for a shift in perspective to "see both the forest and the trees. This is the System Design Management (SDM) approach.
META LVS provides solutions to the complex problems we face in our daily lives by combining a holistic view with an analysis of the details. This is an important step toward evolving the spirit of each of us and leading us toward a better future.

Listening, Viewing, and Speaking at Three Major Meta-Communication Interfaces Innovate the way you interact with the world!
META LISTENING
Listen to the three layers of the mind and recognize the axis (vector) that runs through it, Establish the axis of your own life.
META LISTENING is an innovative way of listening for a deeper understanding of our mind. This approach classifies the mind into three layers - mind, soul and spirit - and identifies the axis (vector) that runs through each layer. Through this listening process, you can discover the unique vectors of others as well as yourself.
This process is an important means of establishing oneself and building an unshakable life by not just listening, but by listening with distinction to the three layers and also recognising the co-quality that runs through the three layers.
META LISTENING is a way for us to explore our inner life and build an axis for our own and others' lives. It enables us to understand each other's innermost being and to build more essential relationships.
META VIEWING
Able to build intimate and productive relationships with others by overlooking the different perspectives of self and others and engaging freely with them.
META VIEWING is an innovative way to build rich relationships by looking at different viewpoints and angles. This method helps you see your own and others' viewpoints, allowing you to have close and productive communication.
In this process, it is important to identify four different perspectives and to provide a bird's-eye view of each of them from a central axis and feedback. This allows us to gain insight into and move beyond our own and others' cognitive biases. We believe that this deeper understanding will facilitate the spiritual evolution of humankind, enabling the building of richer relationships and the co-existence of people with different perspectives.
META VIEWING enables us not only to accept different values and opinions, but also to integrate them from a broader perspective. This plays an important role in the development of individuals and societies and is a step towards a more understanding and empathetic world.
META SPEAKING
From the KU, we can freely create perspectives with words and offer new perspectives to others.
META SPEAKING is an interface that uses the power of words to create new perspectives and enrich the world. This approach offers new vectors and perspectives to oneself and others through words, as if they were created from the sky (baseless phenomena). This makes it possible to understand different axes and values and create higher-order co-creation relationships.
META SPEAKING allows you to understand the cognitive biases of self and others, and to speak freely to build more intimate and creative relationships.
Furthermore, we believe that by recognising the 'life' hidden behind words, and through conscious vocalisation training of the five major vowels, we can give power and depth to our words. This suggests that this is related to the skull vibration caused by the vocalisation of the vowels. This is where a different approach to Zen and meditation becomes possible.
This process not only improves communication skills, but also aims to broaden people's perspectives and create new worlds at will through language.

What do Life Technologies mean?
Life Technology is an innovation deeply rooted in our lives. It is a method for evolving a system called Life OS into five stages, which play an important role in human spiritual development. Specifically, it aims to fundamentally change the way we interact with the world by developing the basic human abilities of listening, seeing and speaking into more advanced stages.
Life Technologies aims to create a new relationship between mind and technology, moving from the evolution of artificial intelligence to the artificial ego, and including new methods to better understand and measure the human body and psyche. This will also enable the development of frameworks to understand and improve the relationship between the individual and society.
Life technologies create a new relationship between human existence and scientific and technological advances that interact and evolve Life OS. There are currently 17 life technologies being researched and developed. These technologies have the potential to fundamentally change our lives and relationships.

DEGUCHI Hikaru, Ph.D.
Born in Kyoto, Japan. President of Japanology University. Chairman of the Kokorozashi Art Project; Chairman of the Keio University Psychology Mita Club; Deputy Head of the Sixth Tokyo Chapter of the Urasenke Tankōkai Federation; and Private sector secretary of the Council for the Promotion of an Educational Nation, a bipartisan parliamentary federation.
A former delegate of the Urasenke Tankōkai Federation.
Third-degree blackbelt in Judo.
He majored in Experimental Psychology at Keio University and studied Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of Kansas Graduate School of Human Development, USA, where he received his Ph.D.
He then served for four years as a university faculty member and for eight years as President of Taka-Q Corporation, a company listed on the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
In 1996, he founded the Association of Mekiki, a human relations foundation for loving and living on the Earth as a living organism. In 2020, he founded Japanology University (JU), an online community for people who love Japan to help them learn about Japanese culture and spirit.
He is the author of many books, including "THE REAL RICH LIFE: Unlock the Secrets of Relationships” and “Life Mission Decoded.”

Life OS x Mitsuyoshi-Operator
We are challenging the possibility of making Life OS a universal science technology for the spiritual evolution of humankind by inventing the four arithmetic rules that mathematically handle the human mind.
This four-way arithmetic was created by Shunji Mitsuyoshi, Associate Professor of the Graduate School of the University of Tokyo, who developed the Artificial Ego (AE), which is used in Softbank's Pepper-kun and Toyota's Formula Cars.

MITSUYOSHI Shunji, Dr.Eng.
Specially Appointed Associate Professor, Graduate School of Engineering, University of Tokyo. Graduated from Tama Art University, Faculty of Art and Design, Department of Sculpture. D. in Engineering from the University of Tokushima, and was a visiting scientist at Stanford University for two years from 2003, where he studied under the late Professor Edgar H. Schein of the MIT Sloan School of Management and received critical acclaim for his PhD thesis, 'Speech Emotion Recognition and Emotion Maps'. At the World Marketing Summit of renowned marketing researcher Dr Philip Kotler, the Mitsuyoshi operator used in the Quantum Gate patent obtained at the University of Tokyo was described as "inclusiveness" and The Japanese representative is scheduled to report to the world in November.
He has worked as a sculptor and architect, designing the sculpture in front of JR Hanezuka station and the red brick building for the Ministry of Justice, but he also studied CG, computer science and mathematics on his own, and obtained the principles, algorithms and patents for the voice emotion recognition ST. D. (Engineering) and subsequently conducted research at Stanford University, Keio University and the University of Tokyo. Currently he is introducing Artificial Ego (AE) to the world, which is used in Formula Cars and Pepper. He is a board member of Kyokushinkan (full-contact karate 7th dan) and an instructor of Seibudo Fighting Karate.

Life OS x System Design Management（SDM）
System Design Management (SDM) studies is a new academic system for holistic integrated problem solving for all technological and social systems, with a bird's-eye view of problems 100 years into the future.
Japanology University will develop and disseminate Life OS, which uses SDM methods for the spiritual evolution of humankind.

Professor Emeritus, Tokyo Institute of Technology. Honorary Advisor, Keio SDM Research Institute, Keio University. He is a former Research Director of the National Space Development Agency of Japan (NASDA) and Honorary Advisor of the SDM Research Institute. He is also a senior researcher at the National Aerospace Laboratory of Japan, Science and Technology Agency. Professor, Department of Mechanical and Space Engineering, Tokyo Institute of Technology. He was a professor at the Department of Systems Design Engineering, Faculty of Science and Technology, Keio University, and currently serves as the chairman of the Graduate School of Systems Design and Management, Keio University, where he served from April 2008 to March 2011. During this period, he was a visiting researcher at the University of California (UCLA) and a NASA Fellow, and a research supervisor at the National Space Development Agency of Japan (NASDA) Technical Research Division. His research interests include attitude control of satellites, dynamics and control of large-scale space structures, and research and development of advanced technologies related to space systems in general.

ANJOU Yuji
Associate Professor, University of Maryland, USA. Professor, University of Japanese Studies. Teacher of Japanese Culture and Japanese Language, US Air Force YOKOTA Middle School. Former lecturer at Tama Art University. Lecturer at the Division of Personality Recognition. Master of Science in International Management, Troy State University, USA. Her aim is to create a peaceful world where people can live from their aspirations and connect with each other. Specialised in applied behaviour analysis, which uses the principles of human behaviour to solve socially important problems. Worked as a counsellor at Yokota Air Base for 23 years, connecting US military personnel with Japanese society, and since 1999 has been involved in the Individuality Awareness Project with her mentor, Dr Hikaru Deguchi, to utilise the ancient wisdom of the Japanese mind in the modern world.
URAKAMI Utaka
Aikidoist and breathing researcher. Professor at Japanology University. Born 1959 in Toyonaka, Osaka. Certified by the Aikikai Foundation and head teacher at Aikido Ryogoku Urakami Dojo. Through the practice of Aikido and breathing exercises, he teaches how to improve one's mind, technique and body, and how to enhance the power of life that can be utilised in everyday life. He has also started a new career as a Kotobuki diagnostician and life career adviser in the search for 'Kotobuki', one of the most important teachings of Aikido spirituality. She has made it her life's work to clarify the aspirations of many people and guide them along the way.
MASUNAGA Osamu
Born in Fukui Prefecture. Producer of Japanology University.
At the age of 27, he established a design company in Daikanyama, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; at the age of 36, he established a character production company, which led to a partnership with a Chinese trading company to sell character goods throughout China. He has designed many characters for Benesse and other companies in the field of intellectual education. In 2020, he was involved in the establishment of Nihon Gaku University as one of the core members and became a producer. He is active in multiple fields including DTP, web design, and video production, and is energetically challenging creative work using AI.
TANAKA Masaru
Research Fellow and Professor, Japanology University.
Co-researcher, Social Collaboration Chair in Moral and Emotional Mathematics and Engineering, Department of Bioengineering, Graduate School of Engineering, The University of Tokyo. Researcher, International Institute for Strategic Information Studies (IISIA), Takeo Harada Co.
After working as a JSPS Research Fellow (DC1), he left the University of Tokyo in 2022 with a Ph. Doctor (Psychology). Mental health worker. Licensed psychologist. While conducting research to elucidate consciousness based on the Four Laws of Summation, she is also exploring its application to clinical psychology through practice in coaching.
DEGUCHI Satoru
After joining Matsushita, he worked in product marketing in Germany, and after returning to Japan, he was in charge of new business start-up and introduction in the USA, product planning, business planning, etc. He was in charge of the secretariat for establishing the Automotive Business (PAS) during Panasonic's business restructuring, and after serving as the Matsumoto Plant Manager, he became Vice President of Operations at PAS USA and then President. Head of Overseas Operations, Head of Operations and Vice President of PAS (20 years of management responsibility).
Worked abroad for a total of 22 years (4 years in Germany, 18 years in the USA). After retiring, he founded SMD Works LLC, obtained coaching qualifications in the USA and started coaching managers and executives.
KOHORI Satonori
Born in Mie Prefecture. Strategic Director of Japanology University, President LBICS LLC.
After graduating from university, he started working in construction, but left after one year due to depression. Later, started subconscious coaching on Instagram, and had sessions with 650 people in three years, producing many successful people. 29, incorporated at the age of 29. From 2023, he is the strategic director of Japanology University, mainly in charge of marketing. He launched 'Deguchi Hikaru and the Future of Japan' on line, and is working to create dojos and courses that are accessible to young people.
